Nooly was built from the ground up by world renowned weather scientists and involves new and experimental technologies. Via the analysis of real-time data from over 280 NOAA radars and 2 NASA Satellites, Nooly will predict the exact time rain will start and end within a 5 minute window of accuracy in your location (or any other place that might pique your curiosity). It will do this for every neighborhood / park / road or district in the Continental US. The app covers more than 30 million different locations within a .4 square mile domain and can predict when light rain will become a thunderstorm, when snow will fall and when hail will end up at your doorstep.

New in this version – Voice Notification. By default, Nooly will offer you Voice Notifications up to 55 minutes before Rain or Snow is expected in your location. The Notification will run in the background (even if the Nooly app is not open or active). By default, the Rain or Snow Notification will come at a rate of once every 1 hour between 7 am to 8 pm local time. You can adjust these settings, and others, in the Notification settings (the bell icon). Micro Weather Voice Notification is a new concept.
